4.3. All TeleSeniors telehealth sessions are encrypted end-to-end utilising Datagram Transport Layer Security/Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (DTLS/SRTP), which transfers video, audio and text chat sent between you and the advisor.
We’re using a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) service, which means the communications between the participants on the TeleSeniors telehealth session is direct, without any third-party mediator—in plainer terms, this means that the conversation is not being accessed by anyone other than the participants on the session.
5. Payment and Refunds
5.1. Clients will be required to pay advisory fees prior to receiving services.
5.2. Refunds will be granted according to our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimers
6.1. The Website and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties.
6.2. Advisors offer advice based on the information provided by clients and limitations of remote advisory sessions.
6.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of advice provided during advisory sessions.
